Ar de Arte mussels come from the Ría de Arousa, Spain, considered considered to be the the best place in the World for mussels. They are grown in rafts, a traditional indigenous breeding system that respects the natural growth of this bivalve and allows the sustainability of its extraction.
After a meticulous selection of size and quality, the mussels are then fried just enough to give firmness and texture. The mussels are then hand cooked, cleaned and packed, placing each piece one at a time for a beautiful presentation.
To serve, these are really good just as they are tapas-style straight from the can.
