Ar de Arte select the best scallops from the Cambados fish market in Galica, Spain and then they are packed by hand piece by piece. Then chilli and slices of garlic are added to olive oil for the perfect marinade. The result is a a very tender flavourfull scallop with just the perfect amount of heat. We recommend warming them up a tiny bit (only just, no cooking involved) and serve with a good baguette to mop up the juices. Think gambas al ajillo but more luxurious!
