Two of our favourite kinds of seafood in one beautifully presented wooden box. Cambados cockles are delicious morsels, cleaned carefully before canning, and highly recommended served out of the tin with a squeeze of lemon.
The razor clams have a slighly firmer texture and are a MUST if you like seafood and haven't tried them before. Plump and meaty, razor clams are rich in flavour and have a firm bite. You could either cook them, drained, very quickly in a very hot pan (just to give a bit of colour and texture) in butter, garlic and white wine. Alternatively make your life even easier and open the can and squeeze some lemon. Also meticioulsy cleaned and perfect for a seacuterie board
