From Espinaler's premium line is this delicate, tender belly (ventresca) of tuna caught by from some of Spain's highest quality fishing grounds near the Cantabrian Sea. This tuna is incredibly succulent, with a rich buttery flavour. It is packed in olive oil and becuase it comes from the rich, belly of the tuna, it comes in long flakes that are beautifully presented in the tin.
Since the quality is so high, we suggest serving this tuna simply. Directly from the can, with some great bread, butter and sea salt or layered on top of a salad.
