Description: This mojama is naturally dry-cured tuna (using the winds from the Strait of Gibraltar). It is a luxurious and unique product that is also known as the 'ham of the sea' becuase of its similarity in appearance, texture and use to Spanish ham. We like to carve thin slices and use them on a montadito (small pieces of bread) with other ingredients like piquillo peppers, tinned tuna or olives. It is also delicious shaved on eggs, or sliced thinly as a protein in salads. It is also delicious, served like a good ham, sliced thinly and arranged on a plate with some crunchy breadsticks and a drizzle of olive oil.
