Tinned Canadian Lobster Roll
Everyone loves a classic lobster roll and we simply adore this tinned lobster version using Scout's Atlantic Canadian Lobster. It makes it so much more straightforward to make and just as delicious. Serve with lemon wedges and potato chips for lunch.
One can of the lobster makes enough for 2 rolls.
1 tin of Scout Atlantic Canadian Lobster
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
1 tbsp of lemon juice
1 stalk of celery, chopped in small pieces
Chopped dill (1 tbsp or as much as you like!)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 hot dog buns
1 tsp of butter
1. Drain the lobster
2. Add the lobster to a mixing bowl along with the mayo, lemon juice, chopped celery and dill and mix through.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste
4. Meanwhile spread a little butter on the outside of the buns and toast in a pan over medium to high heat until the outside is a little golden.
5. Fill your hotdog buns with the lobster filling and serve alongside lemon wedges and potato chips
