At Tinmonger, we strive to offer the widest selection of tinned and jarred fish and seafood with an easy online shopping experience.
What are the shipping rates?
Shipping rates are in Canadian dollars and depend on your delivery address and order total:
- Ontario and Quebec: $10 standard shipping on orders under $125; free standard shipping on orders of $125 or more.
- Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Saskatchewan: $20 standard shipping on orders under $250; free standard shipping on orders of $250 or more. Express shipping is $50.
- Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon: $40 standard shipping.
- Europe: $40 standard international shipping or $60 express international shipping.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Tinmonger partners with reputable courier companies to ensure a smooth shipping and delivery process.
When will my order be sent?
Orders placed will be sent out from Toronto, Canada from Mondays to Thursdays. If you make an order on Thursday after 12pm, it will be sent out on Monday. Our shipping methods reference business day delivery only and do not include Saturday or Sundays. Weekend delivery is available in some areas at an additional charge. Please contact us if you would like to add this service to your order.
A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.
How do you package my order?
We take the utmost care in preparing your order for delivery. Each order is packaged carefully to ensure it is protected en route to you. Since most of our products are preserved with long shelf lives, they don't require refrigeration (excluding certain products such as boquerones).
