We ship to Canada and the US. Shipping rates will vary depending on location. Free shipping in Ontario and Quebec over $99. Orders after 12pm on THURSDAY are sent the following week.

At Tinmonger, we strive to offer the widest selection of tinned and jarred fish and seafood with an easy online shopping experience, shipping anywhere in Canada or the U.S.

How are shipping costs calculated?

When you place an order, you can select your shipping option at checkout and the cost of shipping will be calculated at this point. The cost of shipping will depend on where you live and if you choose Standard or Urgent shipping. Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping in Ontario and Quebec. Most other provinces over $250. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

At checkout, you will be given the option of Standard or Urgent shipping and each option will indicate when your package is expected to be delivered. Tinmonger partners with reputable courier companies only in order to ensure a smooth shipping and delivery process. Due to Covid-19, courier companies are currently not guaranteeing delivery times. If your order is required on a certain date, please contact us to discuss further.

When will my order be sent?

Orders placed will be sent out from our Mississauga, Canada HQ from Mondays to Thursdays. This is to ensure that your order is not delayed at the courier's warehouse over the weekend. If you make an order on Thursday after 12pm, it will be sent out on Monday. Exceptions can be made by contacting us at 647-209-8884. Our shipping methods reference business day delivery only and do not include Saturday or Sundays. Weekend delivery is available in some areas at an additional charge. Please contact us if you would like to add this service to your order.  

A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.

How do you package my order?

We take the utmost care in preparing your order for delivery. Each order is packaged carefully to ensure it is protected on route to you. Since all of our products are preserved with long shelf lives, they don't require refrigeration.
