Returns & Exchanges
It is important to us at Tinmonger that you are happy with your order. We take pride in our products and we strive to bring the best conservas and gourmet tinned products to our customers here in Canada.
If you are not happy with your order, we want to hear from you and we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is required. For us to process a return or exchange, please kindly send an email through our contact page describing the issue. We will do our best to make things right. Please consider the following:
- We will only be able to issue credits if the product is sent back unopened and in a timely manner, unless there is an issue with the product once opened.
- All returns must be shipped back to Tinmonger
