Ar de Arte from Galicia, Spain have reinvented the traditional scallop sauce to accompany a selection of the best zamburiña small scallops. Made from all-natural ingredients and preserved in olive oil, they are cooked slowly with care.

To serve, we suggest warming very gently and serving with bread to dip in the delicious, rich sauce.
