To serve, we like this tuna on a simple tomato salad, or on top of bread and butter with a sprinkle of sea salt.
Conservas de Cambados has been in business since 1985 and is located in northwestern Spain, in Galicia near the "Ría de Arousa" - a river known for its size and its seafood that is caught and preserved by the company in its famous cans surrounded with a net.
