Special and tasty mussels from Conservas de Cambados (Especialidades range). From the Galician Rias and selected piece by piece then fried in olive oil, these mussels are plump and flavourful. The mussels are covered by a typical escabeche sauce.
Serve them straight from the tin, alongside some bread, chips or crackers.
