Plum little scallops with the most delicious rich tomato sauce, from one of our favourite producers, Conservas de Cambados (Especialidades range).
We like to warm these up a little, serve alongside some bread or picos (bread sticks).
Conservas de Cambados has been in business since 1985 and is located in northwestern Spain, in Galicia near the "Ría de Arousa" - a river known for its size and its seafood that is caught and preserved by the company in its famous cans surrounded with a net.
