Cod is such a part of Portuguese culture, so Jose have created this lovely tinned version, which works really well along with the traditional flavours of garlic and olive oil.
To serve, add the codfish to a salad with chickpeas, peppers and boiled egg, or try it on little crostinis with olive oil, salt and a dash of piri piri sauce.
