What makes these sardines from La Brujula very special and delicious are their lovely rich sauce of tomato, pepper and onion.
The sardines are cleaned, gutted and floured by hand and then toasted in olive oil before being preserved in the rich sauce. It is a 100% natural product, free of additives and preservatives.
To serve, we suggest serving the sardines to a dish and warming them gently, then serving alongside some rustic bread.
