Plump mussels harvested from Galicia, Spain, picked, cooked and packed by hand. These mussels are fried in a traditional Spanish escabeche (pickled) sauce consisting of olive oil, vinegar, and spices.
These mussels are a real crowd pleaser. Since they are already cooked in the pickled sauce, simply serve with some bread and enjoy.
