Experienced divers harvest these special razor clams by hand from the Finisterre area of the Galician waters of Spain. They are hand picked, cooked then packed in a delicious garlic and olive oil sauce.
Serve with some good bread for dipping in the garlicky sauce and maybe a glass of white wine.
