Tinned Alaskan Smoked Salmon Dip
This delicious, creamy dip is made with Alaskan tinned smoked salmon which is really the star of the show. It's seasoned with lemon, dill and chives and makes a deliciously elegant dip to serve with crackers for a drinks party or as part of a brunch spread with bagels and crudité. It can easily be made ahead and stored in the fridge for a few days, but make sure you bring it to room temperature before serving.
This recipe yields enough for a large bowl, or 2 small serving bowls - about 2 cups.

1 cup of cream cheese
