Each box includes:

• Chorizo sausage- 200g
• Ibérico sliced salchichon (mild cured sausage)- 100g
• 100g Freshly Carved Serrano ham (sliced)
• Aged Manchego cheese (cured for over 6 months)- 175g min.
• Spanish green olives 

The brands included in the selection will vary depending on availability but you will always receive Ibérico quality chorizo and salchichon.
