This exquisite blend is made mostly from Garnacha grapes, with just a touch of Bobal and Syrah thrown in for good measure.
Each grape is vinified separately using natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The Grenache is then aged in tank, while the Bobal and Syrah complete their malolactic fermentation in barrels and rest for a full five months.
The result? A full-bodied wine that's bursting with flavour and colour. Picture the deep, rich hue of oxblood velvet, with a taste that's both peppery and smooth.
