La Curiosa pickled mussels come from one of the best-placed trays in the famous estuary in Galicia, Arosa.
Once selected, then fried in oil olive and lovingly packed by hand, one by one, the mussels are covered with La Curiosa's marinade based on natural ingredients like natural paprika, black pepper, clove and bay leaf.
