It is recommended to keep it in a cool and dry place without the need for a refrigerator. Once opened, if they have not been finished, it is advisable to store them in the fridge and consume them within 24 hours. Its ideal consumption is at room temperature, without further dressing, given the premium quality of the raw material, to savor its fine and smooth texture until the end.
They can be accompanied by a young, wood-free dry white wine such as a Ribeiro or a Rueda, as well as a rosé wine with little body and good acidity.
